I believe reason #4 is the "X factor" in this list of Obama's "world appeal": The U.S. of part of A. stunned the world with its stupidity (and indifference to fraud) in making/allowing the re-election of the murderous moron possible.
Does that make Obama "the perfect candidate"? Hell no. No such thing. But he's clearly a much lesser evil in the consistent choice faced by democracies...
